PRIVACY POLICY

This mutual agreement is between POSTINGBEE, a sole proprietorship, and you, CUSTOMER.

Each party has developed certain confidential information that it may disclose to the other party for the purpose of creating marketing content on social media channels. Each party wants to review, examine, inspect, or obtain the other party’s confidential information only for the above-described purposes, and to otherwise maintain the confidentiality of that information pursuant to this agreement (this includes credential information for access of social media channels).

TERMS OF SERVICE

We will always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your goals, but sometimes it is best to have a few simple things written down so that we both know what is what, who should do what and what happens if things go wrong. In this contract you won't find complicated legal terms or large passages of unreadable text. We have no desire to trick you into signing something that you might later regret. We do want what's best for the safety of both parties, now and in the future.

In short, You, the customer, are hiring PostingBee located at 13234 Elk Mountain Way Broomfield, CO 80020 to manage your social media channels, according to the package you signed for. The agreed payment is mutually previously agreed upon in a digital, written, or verbal format.
